Maximize and Multiply – Live to Your Potential

Potential

“The potential of the average person is like a huge ocean unsailed, a new continent unexplored, a world of possibilities waiting to be released and channeled toward some great good.” – Brian Tracy

Potential is about leveraging our known strengths…not letting them go to waste even in times of leisure or service.  Potential is about discovery…trying new things and moving out of our comfort zone.  Potential is beyond what we already know we are capable of…an ongoing capacity for personal development.  With this capacity comes the opportunity to choose new roles or projects or new ways to interact with people.

Potential seeks to “maximize and multiply”…living each day like it is our last.  We live our potential when we spend more hours in our strengths.  We do so when we touch more people and raise them up too.

In earlier blogs I wrote about Life Purpose and Goals.  These are tools that facilitate direction based on deliberate life choices.  Living to our potential is a “value”.  It is foundational in that it shapes our attitude and beliefs about life.

Surround yourself with people who make you a better person and encourage you to grow.  We are never too young or old to have big goals and grow.  Now is the right time!
